Water:
70% of the human body is made up of water, We must drink 8-12 glasses of water a day to remain well dehydrated and energetic. It's good to take 2 glasses of water just on waking up, a glass of water before a bath, after a bath, and before going to sleep. The rest of the month after consumption should possible be sometime not close to meals.
Food:
Eat a vegetarian diet, a vegetarian diet and milk contains all the nutrition required for the human body. Variety of foods should be eaten that complete nutritional requirements of vitamins, minerals, fibre, carbohydrates and protiens.
Sleep:

Yoga/ aerobics(including running)/ sports/ strength training

Avoid pollution, traffic noise,keep away from gadgets as far as possible
Skin and Hair care:
Keep the skin hydrated, and supple. Moiturise the face, hands and feet with only natural products everytime after washing. Keep the hair little oiled. Avoid using soap as far as possible and use natural face and body washes. Periodically scrub the skin and apply face masks.
